COVID
When attending your session in person, you have the choice to determine if you wish to wear a mask or not. If you have a preference of whether you would like your clinician to wear a mask or not, please let them know. We have complimentary masks available for you in each lobby. Our offices are cleaned and sanitized on a regular and consistent basis to ensure the safest environment is provided.
Prior to entering one of the office buildings, please review the following questions.
Have you or has anyone in your home had contact within the last 14 days with any person under screening/testing for COVID-19 or with anyone with known or suspected COVID-19?
Do you currently have any of the following symptoms?
- Fever (100.4 F or higher), or a sense of having a fever.
- New cough that you cannot attribute to another health condition.
- New shortness of breath that you cannot attribute to another health condition.
- New sore throat that you cannot attribute to another health condition.
- New chills or repeated shaking with chills you cannot attribute to another health condition.
- New GI upset you cannot attribute to another health condition.
- New muscle aches (myalgias) that you cannot attribute to another health condition, or that may have been caused by a specific activity. (such as physical exercise).
- New loss of smell or taste.

If you answer yes to any of them, please do not enter the office and contact us to reschedule. You may do so by contacting your clinician via email, call the office, or email admin@tennesseecounseling.com.
